    Move Well + Deep Rest aren’t “just classes.”
    They’re reset points — built to support the two foundations your body is crying out for: movement and rest.

    🌿 Move Well is a weekly soft landing amid the noise of life - breathwork, mindful stretch, mobility, and tension release. These classes are about discovering joy and ease in movement, realistic tools to navigate stress, sleeping deeper and feeling stronger on and off the mat. Mondays 7-8pm Newton on Ouse, Fridays 10-11am Linton on Ouse

    💤 Deep Rest is weekly soft landing of restorative stretch & yin and guided sleep meditation designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and help you finally rest & sleep deeply.

    Wednesdays 7-8pm Linton on Ouse

    Your consistency weekly anchor in a loud and busy world — “space to land, reset, and leave feeling steadier in body and mind.”

    An immersive space to pause, nourish, and connect.

    Each month, we gather for 2 hours of seasonal self-care and women’s community. Through gentle movement, restorative practices, and rituals for the time of year, you’ll recharge your body and reconnect to yourself.

    It’s not about performing resilience.
    It’s about being in a space where you can exhale — and receive.
