Sunday Pause
A monthly reset for the woman that holds it all. Deighton Lodge, York 1:00-3:00pm
You’ve given everything to the week.
The plans.
The people.
The invisible work of holding of holding it all together, even when no one notices.
Sunday Pause is a monthly invitation to soften the edges before the week begins.
A space for you to come back to yourself, gently, slowly, without needing to explain your tiredness.
What to expect.
From 1:00-1:30pm, arrive whenever your ready, no need to rush. There will be warm tea’s, quiet music, soft landing spots and the optional grounding rituals of.:
Worry Dump Journaling
Mindful colouring
Simply sitting in peace, without performance.
At 1:30pm, we begin our guided practice of grounding breathwork, gentle and restorative movement to ease the body open, restful guided meditation and stillness practice. All held in a way that supports your energy, no pressure just ease.
From 2:30pm we enjoy seasonal treats, warming tea and space to simply be, before departing at 3:00pm
You’ll leave feeling:
Calmer, clearer, and more present.
Less reactive, more at ease.
Reconnected to your body, without needing to “fix” anything.
Ready to meet your week from a place of presence, not depletion.
This is for you if:
You crave stillness that doesn’t make you feel feel guilty or demand you to remove yourself from you life.
You want to feel held, seen and supported with likeminded women.
You want rest that’s guided, not another thing to plan, or figure out.
You’re tired of always being the one who holds it all without any time for you.
