My Story

I didn’t always live like this.
The slow pace. The soft mornings. The deep listening.

There was a time I ran a thriving fitness and wellness studio — packed classes, long days, nonstop clients, constant holding space for others.
Outwardly, I had it all together.
Inwardly? I was unravelling.

I was building the very thing that broke me.
Grieving my dad, juggling home life, working unsociable hours, hosting retreats while running a business — and trying to be the "strong woman" through it all.

Eventually, my body stopped waiting for me to notice.
Neck pain. Migraines. Word loss.
Falling asleep at work, but waking up more tired than I went to bed.

I didn't burn out quietly — and I didn’t leave that life quietly either.
It wasn’t graceful.
But it was necessary.

The Turning Point

What followed wasn’t a rebrand. It was a reckoning.
I started again — this time slower, more honest, more human.

I didn’t want to build another business that ran on depletion.
I wanted to create something that made rest the default, not the reward.

I trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine, deepened my movement and mindfulness practice, and started offering what I wish had existed for me during those years I silently coped.

I let the space between doing and healing become sacred.

Now, I guide women who have quietly held it all together — but are finally ready to be held themselves.

What I Believe Now

You don’t need another wellness routine. You need somewhere to land.

I believe that rest is a nervous system skill, not a luxury.
That care doesn’t have to be earned.
That rituals should meet you where you are — not shame you into change.

I believe midlife isn’t your decline — it’s your doorway.
And I believe women shouldn’t have to fall apart just to be allowed to pause.

My work today is rooted in that belief.
I create soft, clear spaces for you to be held, seen, and supported — no matter how strong you’ve had to be.

This is for you if:

  • You’re tired of being the one everyone else leans on

  • You’re anxious, overstretched, and under-rested

  • You’ve tried the supplements, the routines, the willpower — and still feel off

  • You secretly resent how invisible your exhaustion has become

  • You long for someone to think of you for once

  • You want calm without having to earn it

What Working With Me Feels Like

I make the tea before you arrive.
I set the room so it feels like exhale.
I hold your nervous system in mind before I ever speak.

Whether it's through acupuncture, a retreat, or a quiet online ritual — this work is never about performance.
It’s about coming back into relationship with yourself.

Gently. Slowly. Without shame.

You’ve held so much for so long. Let someone hold you now.
