My Story 


Debbie here, the Stress Less Queen and the face behind My Holistic Bliss.

I get it, the daily juggle, the stress, the overwhelm of our busy lives.

As the Stress Less Queen, I’ve made it my to guide busy souls like you, find your calm amid the chaos, to stress less, stay well and live more.

With two decades of coaching movement, mindfulness and self care, my extensive training in stress busting Acupuncture & Holistic therapies and my personal experience of burnout. I know that small, intentional shifts in our habits and behaviours can lead to big transformations!

I thought I had life figured out, I’d spent over a decade setting up my own studio, built up a busy business, put all my time, energy and soul into it. Then life threw me some curve balls that put my wellbeing to the test and led to me burning out, being anxious, having an effect on my relationships and my own health.

I watched my father who had built his own haulage business, often very stressed, working 6 days a week, lose his battle with cancer at age 58 and didn’t want this life for me. It was time to make some shifts in my personal and professional habits, behaviours and practice what I preach.
