Hi, I’m Debbie—a Stress and Energy Coach with 20 years of experience in yoga, movement, holistic therapies and real-life burnout recovery. I’ve run 100+ retreats, and every single one is built from a blend of science, soul and lived experience.

As a busy business owner who’s battled anxiety, overwhelm and the exhaustion that comes from trying to do it all, I don’t just teach these practices—I live them. From breathwork to mindful movement, seasonal rituals to acupuncture and nutrition—I’ve leaned on them all to rebuild my energy, calm my nervous system, and reset how I show up in life.

My retreats are down-to-earth, welcoming, and rooted in what actually works. You won’t find perfection, pressure or preachy wellness chat here—just practical tools, cosy spaces, and the kind of support that helps you come home to yourself.

  • Absolutely! Most people come solo, and our retreats foster a welcoming, open-hearted community. You’ll connect with like-minded souls from the moment you arrive.

  • Our retreats is open to all levels, designed to meet you where you are.

    However we advise there are practical movement based practices that require a basic level of movement and mobility. If you are unsure of your suitability please get in touch.

  • Retreat food is very important to us and we feel a huge part of your experience. Our food is vibrant, nourishing, and vegetarian/plant-based. Think colourful, seasonal meals made with love - designed to fuel your body, mind and soul. If you have any specific intolerances or food allergies then just let us know.

  • Whilst we want you to experience as many powerful wellbeing based practices we are also very conscious that you are also attending these experiences to rest and relax. So yes! We include plenty of unhurried space between practices to rest, explore, journal, enjoy treatments or take a nap.

  • Comfortable clothes for workshops, swimwear, a journal, and anything that supports you being away from home. A full suggested packing list will be sent before the retreat

  • No alcohol is served or provided. Caffeine is available. We are adults and responsible for our own wellbeing but we encourage you to be mindful of what feels best for your body during this experience.

  • Yes, but please check with your doctor first. Let us know in advance so we can tailor the workshops to support you safely

  • My Retreats are a deep dive into powerful, realistic and effective wellbeing rituals steeped in tried and tested western and eastern practices—a full immersion into wellbeing rituals breathwork, Mindful movement, physical and emotional self care, connection and healing. We create a nourishing and safe space for profound shifts in your physical and emotional health and wellbeing.

    I also select the most nourishing and beautiful venues that blend luxury with nature.

  • Come with an open heart. Be willing to unplug, reflect, and immerse yourself in the workshops & practices. The more presence you bring, the more transformational the experience will be.
