Arrive from 5pm to check in to your room, with a selection of refreshments and seasonal treats while you explore your home for the weekend.

from 7:00am Morning Lemon Water or Herbal Teas to enjoy in the relaxation room or on the outdoor terrace
8:00am Wake Up Yang Yoga and Meditation

10:30am Seasonal Skin, Body & Digestive Health Rituals
From 12:00 Free time to explore, enjoy the wellness heat and cold experiences, book a treatment or get lost in a good book in the various relaxation spaces. Lunch served at 13:30
4.00pm Seasonal Yin Yoga and sound in the Studio
6.00pm Evening Meal
7.30pm Group Connection by the fire pit outdoors or by the fire indoors
