From the moment you step into Acorn Wellness, your body begins to exhale. Shoulders drop, your breath deepens, and the busyness of life starts to fade. The calming scent of essential oils, the soft lighting, and the peaceful stillness instantly signal to your nervous system

Acorn Wellness is nestled in the Nidderdale countryside, close to the breath-taking Brimham Rocks. 

Despite only being 20 minutes from Harrogate, it feels like you’re in a secret haven, hidden from the world and miles from anywhere. Acorn Wellness is based in an area of outstanding beauty.

Arrival from 9.00am

On arrival you will be welcomed with a warming tea and chance to explore your healing space for the day.

9.30am

Release stress and tension held in the body using soothing breathwork, Mindful Yoga and Mobility inspired Movement. Guided by your Reset host Debbie Jenkins

10.30am

Mindful habits for less stress & more energy - Explore Nourishing seasonal rituals, tips and recipes to reduce stress, boost your energy and mood

Nourishing Plant Powered Lunch and refreshments

1.00pm

Enjoy the Wellness Bud Sauna, Steam rooms with Hot and cold shower, access to the Blossom garden view room with day beds and beautiful gardens with fire pit by the brook, seating areas and healing open spaces.

3.30pm

Heading back inside for our nervous system soothing Gong Sound Bath with Laura-Beth from Blossom Relaxation. 

4.30pm

After our deeply soothing sound bath , we gently bring the day to a close with comforting tea, nourishing treats and unhurried space to simply be. 

This is your time to absorb the day, reflect, or just enjoy the peaceful surroundings without rushing back to reality.

Whether you choose to sit quietly, journal or share the experience with others.

About Your Host - Debbie Jenkins

Stress, Energy, Mood and Wellbeing, its relationship to the seasons, life and all things in between are a specialist area for me. 

After 20 years Coaching Movement, Yoga, Mindfulness, my background in Holistic Skin Health, Acupuncture, Acupressure and my personal journey of using Holistic Wellbeing to support my own physical and emotional health. Gifting me with a toolkit of powerful western, eastern practices and rituals to help with all this and more.

I love to share practical and feel good ways you can take an active role in your own wellbeing, show up for yourself and not accept that feeling just ok is  ‘just the way it is’ in this busy modern world.
