Half Day - 3 Hours

Ideal for wellbeing mornings or Afternoons. Select two wellbeing workshop themes which will be tailored to your teams specific needs. The most suitable timings for your half day workshop will be discussed prior to the event.

£45.00 per person (Minimum of 10, Maximum of 50 participants)

Full Day Workplace Wellbeing Reset - 5 Hours

Includes all 5 Workshop Themes, each workshop will be tailored to your teams needs.

Most suitable timings for the day will be discussed prior to the event.

£60.00 per person (Minimum of 10, maximum of 50 participants

Additional Costs: Travel costs charged at 0.45p per mile from my home location.

Venue Hire & Catering: Not included in above packages, please advise if you would like me to source options for these.

About Your Workplace Wellbeing Facilitator - Debbie Jenkins

With over 20 years experience in the Health and Wellbeing Industry. I blend Western and Eastern Holistic Mindfulness, Movement and Therapeutic Wellbeing practices to help people feel energised, focused and calm. Over the last 20 years I have facilitated wellbeing focused workshops, day and residential retreats in North Yorkshire, Cumbria and in Europe with both community and corporate groups. Alongside this I run an Acupuncture and Holistic Therapy practice from my Home clinic in York.

Professional Qualifications:

Level 5 Diploma in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, Cupping and Tuina Acupressure, Experienced Yoga Alliance Certified Mindfulness, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Professional, NVQ Level 3 Coaching Exercise and Physical Activity to Adults., NVQ Level 3 Nutrition & Weight Management

Booking T&C’s

All Workplace wellbeing packages require 30% deposit to confirm booking with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to the event or save 5% on your balance with payment in full at time of booking.

Payment can be made by Direct Transfer. Payment can be made by debit or credit cards however will be subject to card transaction fees.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your booking

Subject to suitable notice both parties agree a suitable date to re-schedule.

If unable to find a suitable date to re schedule and more than 8 weeks prior to the original date booked full refund minus deposit payment will be available.

If less than 8 weeks prior to the original booked date and unable to agree suitable date to re-schedule all payments made will be non refundable.
