For the tension you’ve normalised but never had space to release.
A gentle, deeply attuned session designed to soften muscular tension held from doing too much for too long. Using a combination of mindful bodywork, cupping therapy, and nervous-system-safe touch, this treatment speaks to the aches that stretching hasn’t shifted and rest hasn’t reached.

The Signature 12 Week Reset
12 weeks of one-to-one rituals for body, mind, and skin
This is the deepest reset I offer — a full three-month journey designed for women who carry it all and are ready to stop postponing themselves.
We begin with an extensive consultation: health screening, sleep patterns, digestion, and facial mapping. This gives us a clear picture of where you are now — and the vision for where you want to be by the end of our 12 weeks together.
From there, we meet once per week for a tailored session that may include depending on individual requirements:
Acupuncture to restore balance and energy flow
Holistic Facials with gua sha and Facial/body cupping to release tension and nourish from within
Mindful Bodywork to help you let go of what you’ve been carrying
Mindfulness practices to anchor you into rhythms that last
