Spring Reset

A seasonally inspired Day retreat for women
Sunday 26th April 11:00am - 5:00pm

This day retreat is designed for women who have been doing fine on the outside while feeling wired, tired, and quietly depleted on the inside.

Women who are ready to transition into spring without forcing themselves into “doing more”, and instead gently rebuilding energy, sleep, and ease from the inside out.

You will be welcomed into a space where nothing is required of you.

You arrive.
Herbal tea and a light seasonal snack are ready.
The room is warm, calm, and intentionally held.

We begin by settling the nervous system through breath and grounding meditation.

From there, we focuses on a specific area of wellbeing that supports your body and mind as we move into springtime.

Workshop 2 | Skin Rituals

Support winter-worn skin and reconnect with self-touch as care, not correction.
You’ll be guided through crystal gua sha, facial cupping, and hydrating practices that nourish the skin while calming the nervous system.

Rituals you can return to as your body begins to reawaken.

Each attendee will leave with realistic and effective skin hydrating and boosting tools, plus your own crystal Gua sha Tool and Facial cups to continue the benefits at home.

Workshop 1 | Aches Away

Release the tension life stores in our body.
This session focuses on easing muscular tightness through yin yoga, acupressure, and deeply settling meditation. Expect slow, supported movement that helps your body let go of what it has been bracing against

Tried and Tested practices and rituals that target and release muscular tension, plus Aches Away Acupressure Rituals to continue the benefits from home.

Workshop 3 | Rest, Sleep & Recovery

For the woman who is sleeping, but not resting.
This workshop brings seasonally aligned breathwork, gentle yoga, and nourishing self-care rituals that support deeper sleep, rest, and a nervous system that can finally stand down.

Nourish & Connect

We also share a seasonally inspired lunch together prepared for us by the Normans in house chef and explore food that supports both physical and emotional wellbeing as we move into spring. This is about being cared for, being fed, and being together without performing or producing.

Take away with you my seasonally inspired recipes to continue the benefits at home.

Who this day retreat is for

This is for women who have spent years being capable, reliable, and emotionally available, and are now feeling the cost of that. Women who want to feel more like themselves again without being told to push harder, optimise more, or fix themselves.

You do not need to be flexible.
You do not need to be calm.
You do not need to arrive “ready”.

You just need to come as you are.

By being held here, your body relearns how to soften. Your mind quietens. Your sleep improves. And you begin to remember how to offer yourself the same care you so naturally give to others.
