You have set your intentions, now it time to plan which classes/practices you will do over the month. Be realistic but also adaptable, things don’t always go to plan and that’s ok.
If you miss a practice or can only fit in 10 minutes, don’t be too hard on yourself. Balancing our health & wellbeing is a long term journey, whether you spend 10 or 60 minutes on your mat, your body and mind will thank you for it either way.
Journaling invites mindfulness and helps you remain present while keeping perspective. It presents an opportunity for emotional download and helps the brain regulate emotions.
