AUGUST - Arms & Core
So much of our daily movement requires strength, flexibility and mobility in the upper half of our bodies. So this months practices will focus on building on this. The upper torso is also a common area where both physical and emotional tension is held so Yin Yoga and Mindfulness will be used to create more ease here.
New practices will be added each week throughout the month. You can also join me live on Wednesday 3rd, 10th & 17th August 7.00-7.30am.
