





Acorn Wellness – Deep Rest Retreat

This retreat isn’t about “recharging, It’s about remembering what it feels like to not be in survival mode.

A typical weekend retreat at The Acorn

Day 1
Arrive from 5pm, get settled in, with a selection of refreshments and time to explore the Acorn.
6pm Evening Meal
7.30pm Sleepy Stretch and guided meditation and dreamy sound rituals

8.00am Morning Lemon Water or Herbal Tea
8.30am Breakfast
9.30am Grounding Meditation & mindful Movement in the gardens
11.00am Seasonal Skin, Body & Digestive Health Rituals
12.30pm Lunch
1.30pm Free time to explore, enjoy the wellness bud sauna + steam, book a treatment or get lost in a good book in the blossom relaxation room
4.00pm Seasonal Yang to Yin Yoga in the Lotus Studio
6.00pm Evening Meal
7.30pm Group Connection by the fire pit

8.30am Breakfast
9.30am Grounding breathwork & Mindful Movement before departing for a Guided Walk to Brimham Rocks (approximately 4 miles walking boots/shoes required)
12.30 Lunch
1.30pm Free time to explore, enjoy wellness bud sauna + steam or get lost in a good book
4.00pm Aches Away Yin & Yang Rituals & Closing Meditation.

For Overnight Guests All rooms include:

Day Attendance on Saturday 15th or Sunday 16th November £150.00 per person or £250.00 for 2 (Arrival from 9am-5pm)
Shared Twin Room: £495 per person
Fawn’s Fold Shepherd’s Hut: £695 solo | £347.50 each for 2 sharing
